Training and experience |
| Russ has accumulated hundreds of hours of training from the best
sources including the FBI, DOJ DEA, BNE, Orange County Forensics Team,
and a host of others.He has served as a member of the Riverside county
"CRUSH" gang enforcement team,a Training Officer with the
departments Explorer program, and is recognized as an expert in Narcotics
Enforcement. |
